Alone but not Lonely

This container I have provided for myself to deep dive into the very heart of who I am is providing the perfect environment for healing. I can sit at anytime and process what rises to the surface to be observed. Everyday there has been something for me to take a closer look at and to see how I can integrate it into the new person I am becoming. I have been revisiting some of my favourite books about numerology, astrology, and the energy system and with each bit of information, that I may have read several times before, I am struck by the new meaning in it. It’s like everything in my life is getting a reframe. Even music is transforming for me as old songs have new meaning. I am alone in my home, but I am not lonely as I feel that for the first time in a long time, I am spending time with someone I want to get to know on a whole different level.
